    How to get to Primavera Hostel

     
    Our address is Mallorca 330 (corner of the building) Under the building there is a cafeteria called “Billy Brunch”.  
     
     
     
     
    1) TRAIN
     

    Take the train at Terminal T2 to Passeig de Gracia. 11 minutes on foot or take one meter L4 towards Trinitat Nova (the stop of the hostel is VERDAGUER)

    From Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 take bus 46 which stops at Plaza España, there take bus 50 to Passeig Snt Joan (3 MINUTES BY FOOT)

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

     

    * Barcelona T-casual transport pass is 10 journeys for the price of 12,15€.

    * When you get there, remember to ring the bell. “Primavera” is written on the button

    * We have reception 24 hours, 7 days a week

    Cancellation conditions and advance payment up to 10 people:

    Cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the type of room. Check the room conditions when you select it in the top menu of the booking / booking section

    Reservation policy for groups:

    The payment process is done in two moments, the payment of the deposit and the balance. Both will have to be settled according to the amounts and deadlines established via Email.

    DEPOSIT: the deposit payment corresponds to 50% of the amount of the reservation and is non-refundable; You will be charged / charged to reserve and block the rooms, as a condition for the confirmation of the reservation and without the right to a refund. In case Primavera-Hostel fails to charge / charge on the card granted by the customer the amount of 50% in advance, we will proceed to cancel the reservation. *

    (*) Failure to pay the balance within the established deadlines implies the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the retention of the deposit. Regarding reservations requested and confirmed with less than one month from the date of arrival of the group, the payment of the total amount will have to be made in one time.

    Check In:

    If you want to change your arrival time of the reservation, please send us an email or call us directly. It is important that we are promptly informed of any changes in your reservation. Please note that the reservation system works 24 hours a day.

    Arrivals and departures:

    The entrances in the installation are made from 2:00 p.m.

    The departures of the installation are made at 11:00 am.

    * On the day of departure / check-out, customers have until 11:00 to leave the room. Otherwise, Primavera-Hostel reserves the right to charge one more night.

    ** If the client needs to leave their luggage, whether the day of check-in arrives early and the room is not available or if, on the day of check-out, you have to leave the room but still have a few hours between Leaving the establishment and leaving, you can leave your luggage in the luggage store free of charge and continue using the common areas of the establishment until 23 hours maximum.

    Cancellation policy:

    • Remember that cancellations are accepted only by email and must be received by us at least 30 days before arrival time.
    • The deposit is not returned under any circumstances
    • In the case of lack of cancellation or late cancellation, in addition to the deposit already charged, the price of the first night of the reservation will also be retained by the hostel as penalty for not having the correct cancellation notification. No exceptions are made to this rule.

This is the secret of a healthy environment and a pleasant stay for everyone. Therefore, we inform you that we reserve the right to refuse admission and refuse service and / or request that a guest, in case of inappropriate or unacceptable behavior, leave the establishment at our discretion if necessary.

    Force Majeure Circumstances:

    Unless indicated otherwise, we regret to inform you that we cannot, under any circumstances, assume responsibility or pay any compensation in case of not being able to meet our obligations to you or your companions for reasons of “force majeure”. For these purposes, “force majeure” is considered to be any event that our company or any other supplier could not, even with all necessary and due diligence, foresee and / or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riots, civil conflicts, terrorist activities or threats, labor disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires and all similar events beyond our control, without this list being limiting .
